Glimpses of referral camps held at GMCH and JMCH today. The referral camps are part of the second phase of LAC wise Mega Health Camps organised in the State. The beneficiaries referred from the phase-1 of the mega health camps were attended by specialists at the medical college and hospitals specified for each district. The listed beneficiaries from Golaghat under different disease conditions in the 0-18 category are attending the special referral camps accordingly.

District level launching of SAANS and NNW held today at the Urban Ayushman Arogya Mandir, College Tiniali. The DSWO, the Additional CM&HO, the CM&HO(CD), the SDM&HO(School Health), the MO(U-AAM), DPM, DCM, DME were present. The meeting was attended by the District Coordinator- Poshan Abhiyaan, ICDS Supervisors, Counsellors, Secretarial staff, medical team of U-AAM, ASHAs and mothers with their child below 1 yrs of age. Orientation on various aspects related to newborn care, vaccination, clinical management, preventive measures for pneumonia, community awareness etc was done.
