Now a days , in summer it's too hot weather , you can't go outside in afternoon , temperature is too high that fan , cooler are not working even ac are working bad ....so during this condition , we can face common condition of dehydration & electrolyte imbalance , heat stroke .
To get rid of this condition , you have to drink lots of water & make certain electrolyte n minerals in a balance state for that you have to take juices , some energy drink , electrolyte water , sport drinks etc .
Let's have basic knowledge of electrolyte & it's importance in body .
First our body constitute of 75 % of water means fluid ....where this fluid stays ....this fluid present inside cell , outside cell & in blood . Too have smooth working of cell or to carry information or carry normal function ...there are some electrically charged minerals are required these are called as electrolyte.
Na + , k+ , cl - are the main electrolyte required for the basic functions of nerve , muscles , blood , liver , heart & many vital functions.

Important tip for heart patients & proper knowledge of cholesterol & heart diseases for learners & interested people's who are aware of there health & fitness ..... cholesterol is generally gets from animal fat like meat , nonveg etc & some fatty food like paneer , malai , khowa etc . this cholesterol stored in artery in the form of plaque which further leads to blockage , if blockage appear at coronary artery can leads to heart attack & if blockage occurs in cerebral artery then it leads to stroke or paralysis .
Mostly plaque formation or blockage formation process is triggered by stress.

There are two types of cholesterol HDL( high density lipoprotein ) & LDL ( low density lipoprotein ) , generally high density lipoprotein is synthesized by body . Low density lipoprotein is what we consume in food .
