🛑 lacrimal sac compression technique 👸👩‍🏫

✅ Criggler’s lacrimal massage

✍️ Wash ur hands

✍️ ur fingernails should be short

✍️ use the palm of index finger of the contralateral hand

✍️ apply gently pressure directly on lacrimal sac

☝️inside the anterior lacrimal crest just below the medial canthal tendon

✍️ usual frequency adviced

☝️ 10 times / session
☝️4 sessions/ day

☝️ if u wanna be generous, it’s ok if u increase frequency

✍️ Don’t

☝️ don’t apply pressure on the bone or the globe

☝️downward movement on the lateral wall of nose
