❗ Early Pregnancy Cramps के कारण:
🔹 शरीर में पानी की कमी (Dehydration)
🔹 गर्भाशय का बढ़ना (Growth of the uterus)
🔹 Embryo का Implantation
🔹 Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

🔹 कम उम्र में पीरियड्स की शुरुआत (Early menarche)
🔹 लंबे समय तक चलने वाले पीरियड्स
🔹 ज़्यादा ब्लीडिंग (Heavy menstrual flow)
🔹 परिवार में दर्दनाक पीरियड्स का इतिहास
🔹 मोटापा

🔹 यह प्रक्रिया Ghrelin hormone को रिलीज़ करती है, जो appetite बढ़ाता है
🔹 जितना ज़्यादा बच्चा दूध पीता है, उतना ज़्यादा milk produce होता है
🔹 ज़्यादा milk production = ज़्यादा calories burn = ज़्यादा भूख
