Exercise helps ease arthritis pain and stiffness!!

Why exercise is vital!?

Exercise can help you improve your health and fitness without hurting your joints. With your current treatment program, exercise can:

Strengthen the muscles around your joints
Help you maintain bone strength
Give you more energy to get through the day
• Make it easier to get a good night's sleep
• Help you control your weight
• Enhance your quality of life
• Improve your balance

Though you might think exercise will aggravate your joint pain and stiffness, that's not the case. Lack of exercise actually can make your joints even more painful and stiff.

That's because keeping your muscles and surrounding tissue strong is crucial to maintaining support for your bones. Not exercising weakens those supporting muscles, creating more stress on your joints.

What’s in Lemon Water?

Lemon water (hot or cold) is a popular morning drink with many health myths surrounding it.These are a few:

❌ It can help you lose weight.
❌It alkalizes acid in your body.
❌ It cleanses and detoxes.

Unfortunately, NONE of these claims are true.

Lemon water (like regular water) does help with hydration, and is a source of vitamin C from the lemon .

It may not be a bad choice for you if:

✅ If you enjoy the taste
✅ If it helps you drink more water
✅ If it’s an alternative to having Coke or pop regularly

Keep in mind that it contributes to enamel erosion (of the teeth 🦷).

TIP: RINSE your mouth with plain water after drinking lemon water  or pop/soda.

The belief that drinking more water is better for health is questionable, and there are research actually points to the opposite opinion.
Nowadays the recommendation to drink more water is perhaps the most common advice in the health industry.
We all heard that you need to start your day with a large glass of water and drink 8 glasses of water a day or maybe even more.

Water is the essence of life. It contains no calories and makes up at least 60-70% of our body weight. Plus, it keeps us full so we eat less while keeping our skin hydrated, wrinkle-free and glowing.
But in most cases despite drinking more and more, our skin stays even more dry.
It is true a lot of people are dehydrated, but why increasing water intake is not solving problems with dehydration?
🔺Dry skin usually indicates deficiency of fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins!
🔺And in order for our cells to use water, they need the minerals: sodium, potassium, and magnesium in a first place!
🔺Ordinary water usually does not have these elements and therefore drinking water does not necessarily increase hydration and may even decrease cellular hydration because it lacks these important minerals.
There is no need to force yourself to drink a certain amount of water every day, it can do much more harm than something good.
Instead, our bodies have their own hydration sensors that tell us when and how much to drink, so we can just drink when we're thirsty.
There is a common myth that by the time you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated, but this is not supported by science.

I have seen many people suggesting to those who are having thinner body that you are underweight and instead of coming to gym you should first eat or there is no need of coming to gym and lifting weights you are already fit…this is a perfect example that gym is all about getting stronger internally and externally both…gaining muscle and loosing fat which you can never get through any food or supplements…well done .avneesh for putting the hard work and inspiring others
