Introspect 2023 and plan your SMART goals for 2024

Major goals can be divided into 4 categories :

Career Goals: Promotion or a certain course completion or new work skills
Personal Goals: Plan a baby or Travel with family for 10 days or Become more humble
Health Goals: Run 2 half and 1 full marathon or practice yoga at least 4 days a week or reduce 4 kg weight
Finance Goals: Invest 40% salary or Buy a house or Farmland

Every year I do this during the last week and it helps to understand the good habits from last year and take them to next year.

Remember 1% improvement daily goes a long way. But keep it simple and track them quarterly.

We are a Yoga couple and we preach what we practice in our daily life. We also created “ KhushiSeYoga “ brand to stress upon the fact that happiness is the goal of Yoga.
