Noticing your feet point outward when you walk?๐Ÿค”
Thatโ€™s duck feet and itโ€™s more common than you think.
Hereโ€™s how you can correct it.

1. Start Position: Sit tall on a bench, place a block or cushion between your knees, and loop a band around your forefeet.
2. Stabilize: Gently squeeze the block. Keep pelvis neutral and chest upright.
3. Move: Rotate your feet outward against the band. Keep knees wide on the block.
4. Control: Return slowly to neutral without letting the knees collapse.
5. Tempo: Exhale as you rotate out; inhale as you come back.
6. Sets/Reps: start with 2ร—10โ€“15 slow, controlled reps, can add holds later.
7. Finish: Do 30โ€“60s of light hip mobility and recheck standing foot alignment.
