This training is designed to enhance your understanding of proficiency testing and statistical methods. Whether you’re a PT provider, laboratory professional, or quality expert, this program will equip you to:
- Gain an overview of ISO/IEC 17043:2023 and its requirements for designing, planning, and conducting PT schemes.
- Learn best practices for production, storage, distribution, shipping, and handling of PT items.

🌟 QAI Successfully Conducted Online Infection Prevention & Control for Hospitals & Clinics Training! 🌟
We are delighted to share that QAI successfully conducted the Online Infection Prevention & Control Training Program via the Zoom platform on 18th–19th December 2025.
The program featured engaging discussions, practical examples, and case studies, enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of infection risks and effective preventive strategies to ensure a safer healthcare environment.
Key focus areas included PPE use & disposal, prevention of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs), infection control in support services, CSSD quality control, HAI surveillance, biomedical waste management, KPIs for infection control, and the WHO hand hygiene audit checklist.
A big thank you to all participants form Ujala Cygnus Hospital and Amandeep Medicity for your active participation and commitment to patient safety and healthcare quality. 🙌

A Strategic Partnership to Advance Healthcare Quality in India and Beyond

🌍We are pleased to announce a transformative collaboration between Quality & Accreditation Institute (QAI) & AeonMed Health & Hospitals jointly with the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua) as Knowledge Partner.

This partnership addresses a critical challenge: the shortage of formally trained quality professionals capable of leading systematic quality improvement initiatives, supporting accreditation, and building sustainable patient safety systems.
🎯 What We're Building
Healthcare sector is at an inflection point. Regulatory requirements are tightening, quality systems are no longer optional, and accreditation is inescapable. Through this collaboration, we will develop internationally recognized training programmes aligned with ISQua frameworks, establish tiered learning pathways, build a cadre of competent professionals equipped with practical skills in quality management, risk assessment, and accreditation.

🚀 Programme Details:
Three levels of programmes will be offered:
· International Programme in Healthcare Quality & Safety-Foundation (6 months)
· International Programme in Healthcare Quality & Safety-Advanced (9 months),
· Masters (24 months).
Programmes commence April 2026, beginning with the Foundation Programme in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety. Detailed information will be released shortly.
This partnership represents a shared commitment to advancing healthcare quality through systematic professional development—building not merely knowledge, but practical competence in creating safer, more reliable healthcare systems.
