Tongue is considered a mirror of the digestive tract because:
• It is the beginning of the gastrointestinal tract.
• It reflects circulation, hydration, liver detox, gut flora, and inflammation.
• Nerve pathways connect tongue appearance to internal organ function.
Tongue Color & What It Means for Internal Organs
1️⃣ Pale White Tongue
Suggests:
• Low digestion
• Anaemia
• Poor nutrient absorption
• Hypothyroid tendency
• Weak gut flora
