TKR in short height patients can be sometimes challenging because of very small knees to work on and very small size implant requirements. Recently we did bilateral TKR in one such patient with height of 4 feets 1 inch. By God's grace everything went as planned. Patient is having 90 degree flexion on day 2 and can easily mobilize without pain.

Young male presented to us with severely comminuted fracture distal tibia and fibula fracture following road traffic accident with gross swelling. These case require meticulous planning and correct ex*****on. Planned to operated him in 2 stages. CRIF with MIPPO technique was done in first stage. In second stage we did bone grafing and bone marrow infiltration at fracture site. Fracture is well united now and patient is walking full weight bearing.

Bipolar hemiarthroplasty for fracture neck of femur in 80 year old lady. She was known case of alzheimer's disease and providing a stable hip was the priority. Very stable hip on table. Made her sit and walk very next day of surgery.

23 year old male presented to us with 6 month old neglected fracture dislocation of posterior wall & posterior column of acetabulum, fracture head of femur along with ipsilateral fracture shaft femur.

Reconstruction of posterior wall with graft from head, uncemeted cup, 305 mm X 13 mm wagner stem, grafting of fracture site and derotation plate was done in 6 hour long marathon surgery.

6 months post surgery xrays shows fracture united. He is having decent range of motion at knee and Hip joints. Most importantly he is back to his routine life and earning his livelihood on his own.

International Patient from Tanzania (65 Year old, 150 Kg) had undergone 3 previous surgeries for fracture shaft femur. Unfortunately all of them failed. To add more to her miseries, she sustained fall again and this time developed fracture neck of femur of same side. She flew to India with hopes of getting better treatment. We did replacement for fracture neck femur and ORIF with bone grafting for fracture shaft femur. She was allowed bedside sitting and non weight bearing ambulation next day of surgery. Hoping for her recovery this time. Fingers crossed.
