🚨 Severe Accident… Complex Open Fracture… Successful Recovery!
Patient Mr. Nazeer met with a serious road accident while riding his bike when a bus hit him.
His leg suffered a severe open fracture with bone and muscle damage.
Initially he was admitted to a nearby hospital where external rods were fixed, but the bone did not heal properly.
Later, through known contacts, he visited Lakshman Ortho Care, Guntur and consulted Dr. Paladugu Lakshmi Narayana.
After careful evaluation, Ilizarov Ring Fixation Surgery was performed.
✔ Patient started walking the next day after surgery
✔ Gradual bone healing over months
✔ Now after 6 months, the patient can walk, climb steps, and do daily activities without support

📸✨ From Wedding Shoot to Accident… Now Walking Strong Again!
Gopinath, a professional wedding photographer from Bhiminenivari Palem, met with a serious accident on October 4th, 2025 while returning home after completing a wedding shoot. Due to night-time drowsiness, buses collided, leading to severe injuries.
🚑 Injuries: ✔ Right Leg Fracture
✔ Thigh Bone Fracture
✔ Forearm Fracture
He was immediately brought to Lakshman Ortho Care, where
👨‍⚕️ Dr. Paladugu Lakshmi Narayana carefully evaluated and performed:
✔ Plate fixation for forearm
✔ Rod fixation for thigh bone
✔ Surgical stabilization below the knee
Doctor advised that recovery may take 6–8 months, depending on fracture healing.
💪 But with proper treatment and guidance, Gopinath started walking without support in just 5 months!
And within the next two months, he is expected to return to full active life.
