On 26th February Abiolabs Ltd organised its first Open Day at Maeva Tower - an opportunity for us to showcase our services as well as our 'savoir faire' .

Martine , our head of DNA department had the pleasure of introducing the visitors to the world of DNA and all the possible tests that can be perform with just a simple swab sample of yours.
Free blood group test was offered to each visitor

Origene is proud and delighted to announce its 4-year partnership with Horizon Paris 2024, as official GOLD SPONSOR.

Horizon Paris 2024 is charge of the management and promotion of Mauritius Sports Team participating in Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

During these 4 years Origene will provide genetic predisposition tests to all 13 Mauritian athletes selected by the committee to compete at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. These tests are developed by ORIGENE, the DNA department of Abiolabs Ltd.

As part of the company’s mission to ‘maximise the quality of life’ these tests, unique in the Indian Ocean region, will provide insights on the genetic potential of each athlete. Origene will accompany the team through the whole period of preparation and through the results obtained the athletes as well as their coaches will be able to review and readapt the training program accordingly to ensure optimal efficiency.
