Patient came with chief complaint of discolouration of front tooth and has history of trauma 7 years back.

There was history of pus oozing out from apical region of same tooth.
On examination and radiologic investigation, there was radiolucency with respect to apex of 11 and open apex.
RCT of 11 was performed along with MTA application.

Patient was recalled after 2 months.
There was significant decrease in size of radiolucency and pus oozing was also not there.

Crown cutting was done and cap was luted afterwards.

This is the case of eleven year old girl who came to us with multiple caries and grossly decayed teeth. She’s undergoing fillings and extractions now due to negligence in early childhood.

Solution:
Brush teeth and tongue twice daily.
Use mouthwash.
