today i was researching about nutrition and i came across some shocking facts why we indians are mostly fat or skinny nd y we cant be ripped or be fit withought any exercise the main reason is our diet is consist of 80 % carbs,10%protein and 10 % fat. carbs are responsible for fat if eaten excessive ,protein is required for muscle recovery and muscle growth ,fat is needed in moderate by our body t...o maintain helathy fat levels to digest vitamins minerals. what we normally eat is roti and sabji or daal. roti is made up of wheat which is a dens source of carbs and moderate source of protein for eg 1 roti have about 30-40 g of carbs and 4to 6 g of protein. normal men eat around 3-4 rotis a time and like 1 katori of vegetables or daal so bang 160g carbs from rotis and 30 to 40g carbs from daal around 850 calories a time so,if we eat 3 times a day its like 2550 calories just from these 3 meals which is 500 calories more then the normal men requires a day els it depend on the work u do and ur weight and age oh and i forgot to mention about the extras we eat all day like milk,samosa,tikki,ice cream and some stuff like tht so we go around 1000-2000 calories way more everyday . have u ever wondered why africans or black are ripped becoz their main source of protein and carbs are chicken ,pork, pasta and fruits.main motive of this article was to tell u tht u should adjust ur eating habits and start knowing about nutrition u eat becoz u need to know what goes in ur body and what are its effects on ur body s.c
