- We don’t believe in adding food colour in any of our recipes. We only use natural fruits and vegetables to add colour in our recipes. Artifical food colours have a lot of harmful effects and they have carcinogenic properties so let’s not expose our children to them at this early stage when we are trying to build their immunity

- We also advice to involve your child in the cooking activities from an early age so that they form an interest in food, ingredients. This is the best way for them to explore new flavours and new foods
