High Protein Ragi Taco 🌮 ~ It’s a tasty, juicy & absolutely wholesome meal ✨ SAVE THIS TO TRY SOON Here
I have used my favourite organic Ingredients : For the stuffing - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1/2 cup onions 1 tomato 🍅 1.5 tsp salt (as per taste) 1 tsp red chilli powder 1.5 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/3 cup capsicum 🫑 1/3 cup red bell pepper 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper 1/3 cup boiled sweet corn 🌽 1 tsp red chilli flakes 🌶️ 1 cup cooked rajma (overnight soaked & pressed cooked kidney beans 🫘) 150g crumbled tofu 2 tbsp hot sauce / red chilli sauce Handful of fresh coriander 🍃 🫓 For the taco shell - 1 cup sprouted ragi flour 1 tsp salt 2/3 cup hot water Knead a soft dough & let it rest for 10-15mins Roll a thin roti using a parchment paper (you can use some dry ragi aata whole rolling if needed) Cook on both sides with very little olive oil Creamy dip - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or hung curd 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes 🌶️ 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander Assemble 🌮 : Ragi roti 🫓 Creamy dip Rajma & tofu stuffing Squeeze of lemon 🍋 Serve these with some more creamy dip & ketchup! 😇 DO LIKE, SAVE & SHARE ♥️

overnight or 24 hours Next day transfer them into a pressure cooker by adding some turmeric powder and salt Pressure cook them for 7-8 whistles In a Kadhai fry some paneer cubes and cashews until golden brown and keep it aside In the same Kadhai,add 1 tsp cumin seeds,1 medium sized chopped onion,1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli Sauté well and add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and cook for some time Now add some veggies of
your Choice,I’veadded French beans,carrots,green peas and tomato Add some dry spices like haldi,red chilli powder,Biryani masala,Garam masala and some salt Add cooked jowar,fried paneer and cashews Mix everything together and cover it for 2-3 minutes and cook Lastly,garnish with some fresh coriander and enjoy!
