VIVA VIGOR ,is an effort spearheaded to provide a platform to every woman connected to evolve, to get fit, to get healthy,to have a active mind, to get confidence, to have a constructive outlook towards life and most importantly to start believing in the beauty of life that they are blessed with. Manisha's love for fitness began when participating in her first Aerobics class, where she was trying

to gain extra flexibility and strength. She started her training career in 2009 as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and since then has immersed herself in different avenues of fitness to include Aerobics, Step Training, Body Conditioning, Weight Training and Pilates to gain a better perspective with working with clients. She focuses on finding activities that clients will enjoy and unlock their potential as a fitness enthusiast. Her philosophy has been shaped by these various experiences, fully appreciating the importance of individualized training design. She welcomes the opportunity to work with any level of people, from beginners of all ages who want to become comfortable and confident in the fitness center, to people who just want to lose weight and improve their fitness to those who are aiming to elevate their performance to the next level. She has worked with numerous clients in a variety of personal training and workout settings. She likes to develop challenging and fun programs that help you reach your goals but also improve your understanding of leading a healthy lifestyle. Manisha treats each client differently, recognizing that what works on one person may not work for another. She believes that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination. Since 2009 she has pushed clients past what they thought were their physical limits. She believes in intense training programs that are rich in variety, challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system while focusing on the mind/body connection. Her students know her as a bubbly trainer whose demur inspires all to put in that extra bit. Although her approach to each client is unique, she always brings a component of education, functional training and of course, fun, to each session. Manisha’s main goal as a trainer is to have you enjoy her workouts. She believes in taking workout off her students “to do” list and make it part of their daily life. She likes to use elements of core strengthening and functional training in order to make your workout more efficient and useful—without spending hours at the gym. She loves to bake and cook healthy food and motivates her clients to create a healthy balance between exercise, attitude and nutrition, thereby help the clients achieve much more fitness with moderate exercise. This philosophy has helped conserve the physical state of her clients with an injury free record and energetic bodies even after a strenuous workout session. She pursues constant quest for knowledge and keeps herself abreast with the latest trends in fitness by attending seminars, articles and workshops. She is passionate about staying active and trying new things, which has led her to be ever smiling and positive about life. Specialties
