This will help us to make a few simple changes in our life to do more of what helps to feel good and less of whatโs causing extra stress or difficult feelings.

We can express our gratitude or create opportunities to spend more time together when we feel joy while interacting with someone. If we are feeling angry because someone is continually taking advantage of then it will help us to create a healthier boundary and let them know what we can or cant do.
