Yoga has the power to strengthen bonds and spread love.
It strengthened the bond me and my father share as he has been my constant inspiration since my childhood, he has been a yogi since 46 years which eventually led me to start my own yoga practice and teach as well. Yoga has been a big part of our lives and brought us closer.
Thank you dad for teaching me everything that you have and giving me the gift of yoga. ❤️
