I am Mercy, a lawyer by profession, following my passion for fitness and love for yoga I underwent a beautiful journey in the last 5 years discovering new facets and aspects of life through yoga. I read and learnt extensively regarding different forms of yoga from different Gurus and Ashrams all across the country, obtaining certification as yoga instructor from, The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Dhanwantri Ashram, Kerela, India and additional certification from Mysuru, Karnataka famous for its Ashtanga Vinyasa Style. This journey led to a complete Self-Transformation for me as a person physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. Now I want to be an instrumentality in sharing this knowledge and experience of Yoga with everyone and spread this invaluable knowledge of Yogic techniques discovered by our sages thousands of years ago which promotes Health, Fitness, Healing & Self Transformation. In these unprecedented time, the online platform has given me the opportunity to spread the knowledge far and wide. I have started taking online classes, in Group and Individual sessions, also conducting Weekend workshops primarily focussed on Pranayama and Deep Relaxation. In these difficult time of Covid-19, Yoga is one of the most potent tool to combat it. Just by Practising Yoga for 30 minutes a day, it boosts your immunity and also helps in overcoming Stress, Anxiety, making you calm and Focused amidst the chaos engulfing our lives.
