World Pneumonia Day, has been established to raise awareness of the illness and the importance of preventing and treating it. Despite being easily treatable, pneumonia is one of the leading killers of children under five, older adults over 65 and those with a weak immune system.
It is an infection that affects the airways of one or both lungs. The air sacs fill with liquid or pus that cause fever, chills, breathing problems and cause. Bacteria, fungi and viruses are the prime causes of pneumonia.
Take precautions and say 'No to Pneumonia' and if you feel unwell consult the doctor ASAP.

Cold is a viral infectious disease of the upper respiratory tract, which primarily affects the nose and sometimes sinuses, ears, and bronchial tubes.
You could get infected by a cold-infected person. When you touch surfaces or objects used by them, which contains germs and then to your nose or mouth, you are prone to get infected by the germs or virus. It is practically impossible to completely prevent the spread of colds, but you can take certain measures to reduce the chances of getting cold.
1) Wash your hands often, 2) Avoid touching your face, 3) Control stress, 4) Cleanliness, 5) Avoid Smoking, 6) Drink a sufficient amount of water.
If you are feeling unwell and having infectious diseases issues consult the doctor ASAP.
