PCOS isn’t a lack of effort.
It’s a lack of alignment.

For the longest time, I thought doing more was the answer..
More workouts, less food, more restriction.

But hormones don’t respond to pressure.
They respond to consistency, nourishment and rhythm.

Understanding insulin changed everything.
Eating enough protein.
Slowing down.
Supporting my body instead of fighting it.
