Come join and experience Yoga under the guidance of Yoga Coach Mandira Mohite.

Friends and family most welcome.
Mandira Mohite has been practising ashtang yoga with Iyengar institute pune for the past 17 years and is a certified yoga instructor from the University of Pune. She has also attended two international conventions conducted by Geetaji Iyengar. Mandira believes that Yoga is not just a form of exercise but a lifestyle that connects your physical body with your mind and soul which enables you to be a happy human. Mandira has been teaching Yoga for almost 7 years now. Before moving to Gurgaon she was an instructor at The Room and has her own private practice where she teaches individuals and groups.
