सुख, शांति और समृद्धि — सब चाहते हैं,
पर पाते कुछ ही क्यों हैं?

अगर आप जीवन में लोगों से पूछें,
तो लगभग हर व्यक्ति की एक ही इच्छा होती है—
👉 सुख मिले
👉 शांति बनी रहे
👉 समृद्धि आए
👉 सफलता प्राप्त हो
👉 और जीवन आनंदमय हो

इच्छाएँ सबकी होती हैं।
आरंभ भी लगभग सब करते हैं।
प्रयास भी करते हैं।

फिर प्रश्न उठता है—
तो क्यों 95% लोग इन सब से वंचित रह जाते हैं?

जिन चंद लोगों ने वास्तव में
सुख, शांति, सफलता और आनंद को जिया है,
उनसे जब आप बात करेंगे,
तो वे सरलता से कहते हैं—
“यह कोई बहुत बड़ी या असंभव चीज नहीं है,
इसे तो पाया जा सकता है… आसानी से।”

फिर अंतर कहाँ है?

👉 अंतर इच्छा में नहीं है
👉 अंतर प्रयास की शुरुआत में भी नहीं है
👉 अंतर है निरंतरता, अटलता और विश्वास में

अधिकांश लोग बीच रास्ते में रुक जाते हैं।
कभी मन नहीं मानता,
कभी परिस्थितियाँ आ जाती हैं,
कभी परिणाम तुरंत नहीं दिखते,
और कभी स्वयं पर से विश्वास डगमगा जाता है।

जबकि जिन्होंने पाया है,
उन्होंने एक ही काम किया—
चुने हुए मार्ग पर अडिग रहना।

शास्त्र कहते हैं—
“महाजनो येन गतः स पन्था”
जिस मार्ग से महापुरुष गए हैं,
जिस रास्ते पर चलकर लोगों ने पाया है,
उसी मार्ग पर
अटल विश्वास के साथ,
निरंतर चलते रहना ही साधना है।

सुख, शांति, समृद्धि और आनंद
किसी चमत्कार से नहीं आते—
वे आते हैं
👉 सही मार्ग चुनने से
👉 धैर्य रखने से
👉 और हर परिस्थिति में चलते रहने से

जो रुक गए—वो छूट गए।
जो चलते रहे—वो पहुँच गए।

निर्णय आपका है
रुकना है… या अडिग होकर आगे बढ़ना है।

✨अक्सर लोग जीवन में, योग या ध्यान की शुरुआत पूरे इरादे और मजबूत संकल्प के साथ करते हैं।
लेकिन कुछ ही समय में ब्रेक लग जाती है—
कभी मन नहीं लगता,
कभी डिस्टर्बेंस बढ़ जाती है,
कभी परिस्थितियाँ आ जाती हैं।

और तब सवाल उठता है—क्या हमारा मन इतना कमजोर है?

सत्य यह है कि—
👉 मन कमजोर नहीं है
👉 मन अप्रशिक्षित है

मन का स्वभाव ही चंचल है।
योगशास्त्र भी कहता है— “चंचलं हि मनः”
जब हम अचानक उससे स्थिर होने की अपेक्षा करते हैं, तो वह विरोध करता है। यह विरोध कमजोरी नहीं, पुरानी आदतों का उभरना है।

संकल्प अक्सर इसलिए टूटते हैं क्योंकि हम संकल्प को भावना से जोड़ते हैं, अनुशासन से नहीं।

हम मन पर भरोसा करते हैं, जबकि मन रोज़ एक जैसा नहीं होता।

✨ संकल्प निभाने के व्यावहारिक सूत्र ✨

✔ संकल्प छोटा, स्पष्ट और निभाने योग्य रखें
✔ मन से नहीं, सिस्टम से चलें (तय समय–तय स्थान)
✔ मन लगे या न लगे, अभ्यास जारी रखें
✔ भाव नहीं, अभ्यास महत्वपूर्ण है
✔ ब्रेक आना स्वाभाविक है — छोड़ देना नहीं
✔ अपराध-बोध के बिना अगले दिन लौट आएँ
✔ मन की बातों से लड़ें नहीं, साक्षी बनकर देखें
✔ परिणाम नहीं, प्रक्रिया से जुड़ें

याद रखिए—
साधना भाव से शुरू होती है,
लेकिन निरंतरता अनुशासन से आती है।

मन कमजोर नहीं है,
मन बहुत शक्तिशाली है।
उसे बस सही दिशा,
धैर्य और निरंतर अभ्यास चाहिए।
