Neck pain relief ke liye kisi ko doctor ke paas jaana zaruri nahi hota —
jab tak tum yeh ek cheez nahi samajhte.

Subah uthhe. Neck ghoomaayi nahi.
Car chalate waqt mirror dekhne ke liye poori body moodni padi.
Raat ko pillow badla. Phir bhi wahi.
Aur sabne yahi kaha —
“Umar ho rahi hai.”
“Pillow sahi nahi tha.”
“Kal theek ho jaayega.”
Nahi hua. Kyunki woh reason hi galat tha.

Neck pain ka asli reason pillow nahi hota.
Reason hota hai — muscle.
