🧐 Wondering how to incorporate more veggies into your meals? 🥦 Check out some tips:

🥣 Try sautéing your veggies with your favorite spice mix, or adding to stir fries. Soup is another great place to hide any vegetables you aren’t too keen on. This works especially well for cream soups and we can guarantee that you won’t be able to taste that cauliflower, zucchini or spinach.

🥤 Smoothies are a fantastic way to up your fruit and vegetable consumption. Fruit brings a natural sweetness – try blending in a bit of spinach or kale, gradually increasing the quantities.

😋 Vegetable chips can be a tasty introduction to different veggies – gently baked or done in the airfryer. Snack on colorful chips made out of beetroot, parsnip, and sweet potato for a nutritious nibble.

🎂 Bake a sweet and cinnamon carrot cake, a fudgy sweet potato brownie or a creamy pumpkin “cheesecake” to really see vegetables in a new light.
