Our Story

Turacoz Skill Development Program is an initiative by Turacoz Healthcare Solutions to impart medical writing training. Turacoz believes that training is crucial for organizational as well as individual development and success. Turacoz aims to bridge the gap between standard education curriculum in colleges and the skill set required in the industry.

Our training solutions are majorly divided into three categories:

• Basic medical writing skills for fresher aspiring to enter medical writing domain

• Advanced medical writing skills for experienced medical writers/medical affairs personnel who are willing to brush-up their skills or are looking to learn diverse document preparation

• Customized field force training modules based on the therapeutic area, disease, drug as well answer their field related queries

Our training solutions include the following approaches:

1. Seminars to introduce the agenda and the main objective of the subject matter. These sessions are 45 min to 1 hour long and are held in auditoriums/lecture halls with a participant strength between 50-150/session.

2. Workshops for one or two days to understand the basics of different types of medical writings as well as the regulatory guidelines governing the same

3. E-learning modules will be comprehensive and end to end training solutions for each type of medical writing training

We have dedicated workshops and e-learning modules for the following types of medical writing training:

• Clinical/regulatory medical writing training

• Pharmacovigilance medical writing training

• Publications and congress materials writing training The training also includes mentorship assistance to meritorious participants in which one to one guidance on live projects is provided for a period of 6 months.
