Hey everyone ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค— Thank you so much for supporting this page since so long and for being so patient with me , here in I am finally sharing my progress so far with you all ๐ŸŒนโฃ๏ธ๐Ÿฅน with you all !!! So here we go , I had started my journey when I was detected with some health issues in 2014 when I was detected with multiple issues like high stress levels and thyroid related issues to in the past ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ But thankfully even after an off diet after consulting some experts and studying the subject myself , I realised its not that difficult , and I believe if I can do it You can do that tooo โ˜บ๏ธโ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜ So lets do this together and ake this qorld a better place also Just incase you are wondering I was 106 kgs and now I am around 76 kgs ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ™ˆ with multiple health issues it feels tough and once you put one step forward everything falls into place , so do start your journey now , bwcause One day is a disease and it will never happen ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคช start trrating yourself Right and every thing ekse falls into place ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜ŒRemember growth never comes from comfort zone !!!

Wedding da sea*on , I am sure plenty of you must be thinking , what is this a wedding post a party post or an educational one or you might have started humming the song after reading the lines in the back of your head ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ but truth be told , before its too late , lets all see that we as humans love a fit body to flaunt during wedding sea*ons while some like be fit throughout the year , here what I would recommend .
Keto diet is a fad diet once you go ona. Keto diet that is a diet high in protein and fats your body does start to reduce your weight thats true , but it reduces your water weight first and then helps burn fat but it is a fad diet which means once you step back to a normal diet you start gaining weight that was lost earlier and it becomes a yoyo effect so its rather better that you rather go for follow a calorie deficit plan which makes you feel at ease and helps you to reduce your weight in a uniform level โœŒ๏ธ
Also folowing a keto diet for longer periods has the following effects on your body :
โ˜€๏ธ It can cause increase in levels of ketone bodies which can cause ketoacidosis .
โ˜€๏ธIt can a*o increase your triglycerides levels and cholestrol levels
โ˜€๏ธIt can be life threatening for a diabetic patient .
โ˜€๏ธIt can cause heart problems due to elevated levels of fat in the form of cholesterol in your blood .
So rather choose a healthy eating pattern and have a balanced diet regularly stay active .
Tip: follow any fad diet under medical supervision as following one without it may cause life threatening effects and can cause fatal outcomes .

Milk ๐Ÿผ is very healthy and keeps your bones strong ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‘ , you must have heard a million times .
The truth is it was very healthy when it was pure at the time of our ancestors , who used to travel on foot or on cycles and there was a lot pf physical activity at that time and people used to consume it fresh and unadulterated ,
Truth be told and now lets unreveal the fact and some misconceptions ,
๐ŸผMilk was healthy , nowadays its packaged and stored and adulterated๐ŸผIn todays age , milk causes gastric problems due to inability to digest lactose , which is milk sugar .
๐ŸผMilk also causes insulin resistance problems , which in turns gives rise to hormonal imbalance like PCOD , PCOS๐Ÿผ heavy consumption of milk and milk products cause rise in sodium levels , if you don't beleive me check your food labels .
๐ŸผGoing dairy free is associated with acne free skin , improvement in gastric efficiency helps in lowering sodium levels , helps in hair growth .
๐ŸผNow you must be thinking ๐Ÿค” if I don't have milk or milk products where will I get calcium and vitamin D from , let me help you with that too
๐Ÿฅฆcalcium levels in your body can be increased by increasing the amount of green leafy vegetables consumption , and by including the following foods like :
