Daily stress can sneak in — through deadlines, overthinking, lack of rest, or even too much screen time.
But here’s the good news: You don’t need a total lifestyle makeover to feel better.

🌿 Here are 5 easy & effective ways to manage daily stress (Slide through the post! 👉)

1. Progressive Muscle Relaxation 💆‍♀
Relax your body from head to toe — a great way to wind down before sleep.
Tense, then release your muscles one by one. It signals your nervous system: “It’s okay to rest now.”

2. 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding 🌍
Use your 5 senses to come back to the present moment.
This technique can stop spirals in their tracks — and help you feel more in control.

3. Gratitude Journaling ✍
Write 3 things you’re thankful for — even small ones.
Over time, this trains your brain to look for the good, even on tough days.

4. Box Breathing 🧘‍♀
Breathe in… hold… exhale… hold — all for 4 seconds.
This calms your body, lowers anxiety, and improves focus.

Are you overweight or obese and trying to follow a healthy lifestyle?
We want to hear your story!
Help us better understand real-life experiences and make a difference in future healthcare!

I am a PhD Scholar are O.P Jindal conducting a case study research on how individuals with obesity manage to stick to healthy lifestyle habits like diet and exercise.The time period for participation is 2-3 months

Who can participate?
- Residing in Delhi-NCR
- Adults (23-45) with a BMI of 25 or higher
- Joined Health coaching/ Fitness program /Nutritionists
- Currently making efforts to follow a healthy lifestyle

What’s involved?
- Two one-on-one interview (50 minutes)
- Online or in-person – your choice!
- Completely confidential and voluntary
- Sharing physical activity data from fitness trackers/smart watches
