All Your dedication, all your curiosity, all your courage to show up on difficult days and your joy on lighter ones… all of this shapes me far more than you know.You are the reason I grow as a teacher.
You challenge me to refine my words, deepen my understanding, and hold space with more compassion and clarity.You teach me patience, presence, and humility.
You remind me that yoga is not perfection its connection.
Thank you for trusting me, for allowing me to guide you all , and for letting me witness all your transformations, both subtle and profound.
Because of you, I am becoming the teacher I hope to be.

“Stability is strength — but alignment makes it sustainable”
Today’s practice focused on deep core and back strengthening using classic Iyengar yoga props — belts, blocks, bolsters, and the wall — to bring precision, awareness, and support to every movement.
With the help of props, we learn that strength isn’t about force; it’s about intelligent action — engaging the abdominal wall while lengthening the spine, lifting through the chest while grounding through the legs.
Each pose becomes an exploration of balance between effort (sthira) and ease (sukha).
Props don’t make the practice easier — they make it truer. They invite us to stay longer, work deeper, and find the subtle connections that build real integrity from the inside out.
