One of the greatest privileges in obstetrics is continuity of care.

Delivering all the children in one family is a reminder that medicine is not just clinical — it is relational.

Trust built over years.
Shared milestones.
Generations growing before your eyes.

Moments like these make being a family obstetrician deeply fulfilling and humbling.

Grateful for the trust families place in us.

“Glass balls versus Plastic balls “

Women often juggle countless “balls” in life: career, family, home, health, relationships, self-care, and more. Society calls us natural multitaskers, but constant switching scatters energy, raises stress, and caps progress at mediocre levels across the board.

The real power lies in the glass vs. plastic (or rubber) distinction:

• Plastic balls bounce back — a missed email, a postponed errand, a non-urgent task.
• Glass balls shatter — a child’s emotional needs, your mental health, a key relationship, long-term well-being.

You can’t keep every ball airborne forever. Growth explodes when you focus deeply on one (or a few) priorities at a time — whether that’s career advancement, personal development, health recovery, or family bonding. Strategic focus beats frantic juggling every time.
Give yourself permission to let plastic balls drop temporarily. Protect the glass ones. Sequence your seasons intentionally.

Real transformation comes from depth, not dexterity.

“Heart full today”

This precious baby I delivered is back in my clinic—now thriving in her mother’s arms, surrounded by so much love.

These return visits remind me why I do this: the trust, the miracles, the joy of watching new life grow. I’m deeply grateful for this profession and for every mother who lets me be part of her journey.

Thank you for the honor.

“Grateful beyond words”

This wonderful patient trusted me completely to perform her laparoscopic surgery for a large fibroid. As a passionate lap surgeon, moments like these remind me why I do what I do — restoring health with precision, care, and minimal invasiveness.

In return, she gifted me this stunning handmade succulent arrangement — a beautiful reflection of her own passion for plants and nurturing life.

From one healer to another, thank you for the trust, the beautiful gesture, and for reminding me that healing goes both ways.
Wishing her continued health and happiness

Beyond Hysterectomy: A Journey of Recovery & Wellness

Today, we had the privilege of conducting an interactive wellness session for women who have undergone hysterectomy — focusing not just on surgery, but on life after it.

Recovery is more than physical healing.
It’s about understanding hormonal changes, rebuilding strength, addressing emotional well-being, lifestyle modification, nutrition, and reclaiming confidence.

Seeing these women engage, ask questions, share experiences, and support one another reaffirmed why patient education and compassionate care are so important.

Grateful to my dedicated team and to every woman who participated with openness and courage.
Here’s to informed recovery, holistic wellness, and empowering women to thrive beyond hysterectomy. 💜

Every now and then, a patient will look at me with a hint of surprise, asking, ‘Are you going to operate on me?’ I get it—my youthful face and lack of grey hair (thanks to a little color!) don’t always fit the ‘surgeon’ stereotype. 😊

These moments make me pause and reflect on how much we tie trust to appearances.

But it’s in the OPD, through open conversations and listening to their concerns, that I’ve learned to build that trust

Sharing my passion and confidence in the OR helps them see beyond the surface.
It’s humbling to witness their hesitation turn into trust, knowing those talks make all the difference.

Recently, I had the privilege of treating a young woman who came to me with sudden, severe abdominal pain. On prompt evaluation, she was diagnosed with ovarian torsion — a condition where the o***y twists around its blood supply, leading to an emergency.

🔹 If not treated urgently, ovarian torsion can cause loss of the o***y due to interrupted blood flow.
🔹 Symptoms include sudden onset abdominal pain, nausea, and sometimes vomiting.
🔹 The key to saving the o***y is early diagnosis and immediate surgical intervention.

In this case, a timely laparoscopic surgery helped untwist the o***y and preserve it, preventing long-term complications and safeguarding fertility.

I’m grateful for the trust my patients place in me and proud that swift action and minimally invasive surgery made such a difference. Sharing this story as a reminder that:

✅ Don’t ignore sudden, intense abdominal pain.
✅ Prompt medical attention can be life and organ-saving.
✅ Laparoscopy offers precision, safety, and faster recovery.

Stories like these inspire me every day to continue providing compassionate and skilled care.
