Mrs. Florence Fatima Abina, a 74-year-old from South Sudan, arrived at SHALBY Sanar International Hospitals with intense hip and knee pain, unable to walk without discomfort. Multiple previous surgeries had left her with a 4.5 cm limb shortening, hip instability, and severe arthritis with knee deformity.
