Someone left these little mental health reminders at our desks, and honestly... we didn’t know how much we needed them.

Because in between emails and meetings, we all need a gentle nudge to pause, reflect, and check in with ourselves.

Mental health isn’t just something we support — it’s something we live, every day, in small ways.

In our culture and in cinema, men are often shown as problem-solvers, protectors, and providers. Rarely as feelers.

But films like Tamasha, Karthik Calling Karthik, and Masaan start to shift that lens, revealing men who grieve, break down, seek help, and slowly begin to heal.

This carousel unpacks how Bollywood is beginning to mirror these quiet battles—and why we must keep the conversation going.

Because men deserve more than silence.

They deserve support, therapy, and the freedom to feel.

Self-blame loves the spotlight.
And once it's there, it takes over.

But you can shift it—with the Reattribution Technique.

Here’s how:

1. Notice the blame.
Pause when you hear thoughts like “I messed up” or “It’s all my fault.”
No judgment—just notice.

2. Get curious.
Ask:
→ What else could explain this?
→ Am I blaming myself for something I don’t fully control?

3. Reframe the story.
→ Instead of “I failed,” say:
“This was tough, and there were other factors.”
→ Instead of “I’m bad at this,” try:
“We misunderstood each other—it’s not just on me.”

4. Remember—you’re human.
You’re allowed to learn and grow.

This tool helps you see the full picture—not just what your inner critic says.

You’re not the problem.
You’re part of the process.
And you’re doing better than you think.

This tool helps you see the full picture, not just what your inner critic says.

Addiction doesn’t just happen overnight, it’s a cycle that slowly rewires the brain. 🧠

Every time the cycle repeats, the brain starts depending more and more on that substance for relief instead of coping naturally.

Understanding this cycle is the first step toward breaking it.
Because healing isn't about willpower alone — it's about rewiring, relearning, and real support. 💙

If you or someone you love is caught in this loop, remember: help is possible, and recovery is real.

Somewhere along the way, people were made to believe that worth comes from achievement.

But you don’t have to be perfect to be enough.

It’s okay to have moments of doubt.
To not have it all figured out.
To say no without explanation.
To grow at your own pace.

Real strength is in being human.
In having flaws. In showing up anyway.
In setting boundaries. In being honest about your limits.

You don’t have to please everyone.
You don’t have to hide your struggles.

You already are.
Exactly as you are.
And that’s more than enough.

When anxiety shows up, it helps to have a few go-to tools in your back pocket.

Here are 7 things that can actually help in the moment 👇

1. Move your body – Stretch, dance, or do a few jumping jacks. Get that nervous energy flowing out instead of keeping it in.

2. Walk in nature – Even 10 minutes outside can reset your brain. Look around, breathe deep, touch a tree (yes, really ).

3. Grounding exercise – Try the 5-4-3-2-1 trick. Name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, and 1 you taste.

4. Journaling – Dump every anxious thought on paper. No structure, no pressure. Just get it out of your head.

5. Thought exercise – Ask: “Is this thought 100% true?” Often, anxiety feeds us worst-case scenarios. Challenge it.

6. Meditation – Even 5 minutes of focusing on your breath can create calm. No need to be a zen master. Just start.

7. Distraction – Watch your comfort show, call a friend, do something silly. Sometimes you need space from your thoughts to come back to them with clarity.

Anxiety is a signal, not a flaw.
And you’ve got tools to manage it.

Mental health isn’t one big leap.
It’s made up of small, everyday choices.

And those small things? They add up.
Here’s what taking care of your mental health might actually look like:

🕒 Schedule breaks
Rest is not a reward for burning out. It’s a part of working well. Step away from the screen. Take a walk. Breathe.

💛 Practice self-compassion
Talk to yourself the way you’d talk to a close friend. You’re allowed to make mistakes. You’re allowed to have off days.

😴 Prioritize sleep
It’s easy to sacrifice sleep in the name of productivity. But without rest, everything else suffers—your focus, mood, energy, and mental clarity.

🤝 Connect with others
You don’t need a crowd—just one person you can be real with. Conversations, support, laughter—it all helps more than we realize.

🎉 Celebrate your wins
Got through a tough call? Sent that email you were dreading? That counts. Acknowledge it. You’re doing better than you think.

🎨 Engage in a hobby
Not to be productive. Just for joy. Paint, cook, dance, garden—do something that makes you feel like you again.

🗣 Ask for help
You’re not weak for needing support. Whether it’s a therapist, friend, or colleague—reaching out is a strength.

🌿 Get outdoors
Nature helps reset your nervous system. Even ten minutes outside can shift how you feel. Touch grass. Feel the wind. Look up.

🧠 Check in with yourself
“How am I doing, really?” is a powerful question. Make space to answer it—without judgment.

You don’t have to do all of these every day.
But even one of them, done with intention, is a step forward.

3Anxiety

Too often, people associate depression only with crying or feeling low.
But depression wears many masks.

Here are some common signs to watch for — in yourself or someone you care about:

🔸 Persistent fatigue – No matter how much you sleep, you still feel drained.
🔸 Irritability or anger – You snap easily, feel frustrated over small things.
🔸 Loss of interest – The things that once brought joy now feel empty.
🔸 Changes in appetite – Eating too much or too little, without noticing.
🔸 Sleep disturbances – Insomnia or oversleeping becomes a norm.
🔸 Withdrawal – Avoiding friends, family, or social activities.
🔸 Negative self-talk – “I’m a burden,” “Nothing will ever get better.”
🔸 Physical aches – Headaches, body pain, or stomach issues without a clear cause.
🔸 Difficulty concentrating – Trouble focusing, forgetfulness, or indecisiveness.
🔸 Feeling hopeless or numb – As if the world has lost color or meaning.

If you or someone you know is experiencing these signs, please don’t wait.

We spend so much time worrying about what could go wrong…
that we forget to think about what could go right.

What if things actually work out?
What if you enjoy it more than you expected?
What if you surprise yourself?

Not every risk ends badly.
Not every new thing is scary forever.

Sometimes, the good stuff is just waiting
on the other side of a little courage.

So try this—
Instead of expecting the worst,
start hoping for the best.

You never know…
this might just be your moment.
