We’re proud to share the inspiring journey of our first set of triplets, delivered at Cloudnine Hospital, Hitech City, Hyderabad, to a determined mother with a low BMI and an FET conception. Despite being advised of the risks, she chose not to undergo foetal reduction and bravely faced complications like poor nutrition, PIH, proteinuria, and severe oedema at 34 weeks.
Under the expert care of Dr. Sonia Rani (Obstetrician & Gynaecologist), the babies were delivered by LSCS at 33 weeks - a boy (1600g) and two girls (1200g & 1100g) -all of whom cried at birth, a promising sign for preterm babies.
Thanks to the combined efforts of our anaesthesia and NICU teams, led by Dr. Purna Chandra (Neonatologist & Paediatrician), all three preemies were cared for in the NICU and made steady progress.
They were discharged in stable condition on 7th July, with no preterm-related complications - a true testament to expert care, teamwork, and a mother’s unwavering strength.
