किसके साथ क्या न खाएं.....!

चिकित्सक अक्सर परामर्श देते हैं कि दवाएं कभी भी खाली पेट नहीं खानी चाहिए, इसके बहुत दुष्प्रभाव होते हैं। लेकिन अगर कुछ दवाएं खा भी रहे हैं तो भी ध्यान रखना होगा कि क्या खा रहे हैं। कुछ बीमारियों से जुड़ी दवाइयां हर किसी चीज के साथ नहीं खा सकते हैं। चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक ऐसे कुछ खास कॉम्बिनेशन लेने से बचना चाहिए।

*मुलेठी शरीर में पोटेशियम को कम करती है जो दिल की बीमारी वालों के लिए खतरनाक हो सकता है। उच्च रक्तचाप, धड़कनों का बढ़ना या दिल के दौरे का इलाज कर रहे हो तो मुलेठी खाने से बचें। दोनों चीजें एक साथ लेने से शरीर में पोटेशियम का स्तर एक साथ घट जाएगा, जो कि खतरनाक हो सकता है।

*ब्लड प्रेशर को नियंत्रित रखने के लिए दवाएं ले रहे हैं तो केले मत खाएं। कारण ये है कि केले में खूब सारा पोटेशियम होता है जो दवा के अतिरिक्त लेने से शरीर में पोटेशियम के स्तर को दोगुना कर देगा। बहुत सारा पोटेशियम दिल की धड़कनों को अनियंत्रित कर सकता है और घबराहट पैदा करेगा।

*कफ या जुकाम की दवा ले रहें हो तो उस समय नींबू या संतरे जैसे खट्टे फल ना खाएं।

*पेरासिटामोल, पेनकिलर या फिर अगर डॉयबटीज की दवा ले रहे हैं तो उस दौरान शराब ना पिएं। कारण ये है कि इन दवाओं को लेने के बाद लीवर को अतिरिक्त काम करना पड़ता है लेकिन उसी समय शराब पी जाएं तो यकृत को दोगुना काम करना पड़ेगा। इस तरह से दोगुना काम करने की वजह से लीवर को नुकसान हो सकता है। यकृत के क्षतिग्रस्त होने की आंशका बढ़ सकती है।

*वॉरफेरिन, ये दवा खून के थक्के नहीं बनने देती। इसे या ऐसी कोई भी दवा खा रहे हैं तो हरे पत्तेदार सब्जियां कम खाएं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि इन सब्जियों में विटामिन k बहुत ज्यादा होता है जो खून में थक्के बनाता है। *जब आप इन दवाओं के साथ वॉरफेरिन खाएंगे तो दवा का असर कम हो जाएगा और फायदा नहीं पहुंचेगा।

*सिप्रोफ्लोक्सेसिन और टेट्रासाइक्लिन को एक ग्लास पानी के साथ ही लेना चाहिए। इसे खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले या फिर खाने के दो घंटे बाद लें। इन दवाओं को सोखने में समय लगता है जिससे अगर खाना खा लिया जाए तो ये काम बाधित हो जाता है। ऐसा दूध के साथ ज्यादा होता है। तो इन दवाओं को दूध के साथ ना लें।
