Jindal Foundation is proud to be part of Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0. More than a plantation drive, it is a heartfelt tribute to mothers and a pledge to nurture Mother Nature, both of whom give us life, sustenance, and protection.

Across nine locations, we planted over 75,000 saplings with the support of more than 9,000 villagers, community leaders, and volunteers. Each tree is a living tribute, symbolising love, resilience, and sustainability, and reflects the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for a Green India.

The future of literacy is about preparing people not just to survive, but to thrive in a changing world.

At OPJCC, the youth is moving from blackboards to practical labs and digital tools, gaining vocational skills and digital readiness.

Through Jindal Gyan, Braille, smart canes, and audiobooks empower visually impaired learners with knowledge, dignity, and a fair chance at opportunity.

When digital literacy carries both opportunity and inclusion, it becomes more than a skill. It becomes a lifeline for change.

On this International Literacy Day, we celebrate more than the ability to read and write, we celebrate the spark of curiosity, the courage to dream, and the joy of learning that every child carries within.

With our Chairperson Ms. Shallu Jindal’s belief and guidance, we are reminded that literacy is not just about books, it is about building confidence, nurturing imagination, and opening doors to brighter tomorrows.

Nourishment is more than food, it is care, dignity, and the promise of a healthier tomorrow.

When a young girl learns her health matters…
When a child sleeps full, not hungry…
When a family drinks water without fear…
That’s when nutrition becomes true empowerment.

This Nutrition Week, we renew our commitment to a healthier future for all.

We’re all used to quick deliveries at our doorstep, a parcel, a meal, a package. But in rural India, a different kind of delivery changes lives.

Through Kishori Express, our mobile anemia control program, Jindal Foundation delivers health, awareness, and hope directly to adolescent girls and women across Odisha, Haryana, and Jharkhand. From free hemoglobin tests and iron supplements to nutrition awareness and sanitary health, these doorstep interventions have reduced severe anemia cases.

Because some deliveries go beyond convenience, they deliver futures.

Every child deserves a chance to chase their sporting dreams!
At Jindal Foundation, we stand beside those dreams, giving children the space, coaching, and support they need to grow.
From cricket nets to archery bows, hockey fields to wushu centres, our initiatives in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh are helping shape futures through sport.

At Jindal Foundation, we believe that health is the first step toward true empowerment.

Our Kishori Express initiative brings essential health services like haemoglobin testing, nutrition counselling, and hygiene education, directly to the doorsteps of adolescent girls in rural India. What makes this effort even more powerful is its integration with the Shubhangi initiative, where women manufacture affordable sanitary napkins that are distributed through these mobile health vans.

A simple idea with a far-reaching impact: healthier girls, empowered women, stronger communities.

Bridging the gap between villages and cities begins with building stronger foundations!

We work hand in hand with communities to create infrastructure that supports everyday life, like better roads, safer schools, access to clean water, and reliable healthcare. It’s not just about structures, but about creating opportunities for the youth to learn, families to thrive, and communities to grow.

Strengthening rural India today shapes a future that is more equal, inclusive, and sustainable.

Our Aakriti Initiative trains women in tailoring and embroidery across rural and semi-urban areas, helping them gain skills to start their own businesses, earn independently, and support their households. These women-led enterprises not only preserve traditional crafts but also strengthen entire communities.
We continue to uphold the belief of our Chairperson, Smt. Shallu Jindal: when women thrive, communities thrive.

Many students in rural India never get the chance to truly explore science.

At Baidapalli High School, the Interactive Science Centre is changing that by giving young learners a space to discover, create, and watch concepts come alive.

Through hands-on experiments, practical demonstrations, and simple tools, over 2,000 students each year experience science beyond textbooks.

A small step that’s making learning more engaging, inspiring, and fun for curious minds.
