These are some hints on how to replace your thoughts. We can rewire our brain by changing our thoughts , our self talk and our mindset. The more we change our thoughts and our mindset, the better the message is received by the brain of changing our outlook.

We love taking advice from friends, who are well meaning. It will definitely give us a solution for things that may not be working right for you, but are they qualified to give sound advice? A relative’s opinion or that of a friend may be coming from a space of judgment, of their own biases and world view. It may give you a temporary relief, but definitely not the tools to figure things out. Don’t shy away from taking help when needed.

Santa comes with his own bag of goodies..

Last year I had taken a workshop for 2 days at the Army Public School and the Cantt School Allahabad.

The school has for the 2nd year in a row , won the Raksha Mantralya award. I received a call today only , sharing this news and sharing with me that I too was a contributor to this journey.
I must say that I felt so happy at being able to add to this development journey.

The Cantt School is a small school with children belonging to the economically weaker section of the society and neurodiverse children have been added. But dedicated teacher.
