The yoga class and system which we teach is one of the most popular forms of yoga in the world today, easy to begin, to understand and to practice. You will be practising a system successfully implemented for over 50 years around the world. Sitting all day, with or without exercise is now becoming a big health problem worldwide.

Our legs, and our hips become tight and stiff. The central portion of our body, so important for our mobility, agility, and youthfulness, is compromised.

Practice these asanas to open up the hips, be able to sit on the floor, squat, and do things people of the time gone by used to do easily. Get rid of the chair syndrome, once and for all!

When practiced under guidance, practiced consistently, practiced over a period of time, practiced keeping certain rules in context, pranayama produces magic. It is one of the most powerful tools we have, to generate higher levels of energy. It brings optimism and positivity where none exists. It removes gloominess, depression and darkness. It reduces mood swings and infuses calmness.
