On this National Doctors' Day and World Social Media Day, I find myself reflecting on an unusual intersection: medicine and social media.

It wasn’t always easy stepping into the world of reels, hashtags, and algorithms along with my hectic work of being a surgeon and a practicing doctor. But when misinformation spreads faster than facts, a doctor has to adapt - not for likes, but for lives.

Because your health deserves more than 15-second hacks or trending soundbites.
It deserves nuance, science, and someone who won’t sell you fear or fads.
