Prof (Dr) Pinky Goswami is a Ph.D in Psychology from the University of Delhi. A senior academic Professional, Corporate Trainer and a Practicing Psychologist with an experience of 21+ years. Her last assignment was as Dean Academics and Lead Area Chair of OB HR in IILM Institute for Business and Management. She has presented and published a number of papers and articles in National and International journals in the area of Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, Educational Psychology, Adolescent Psychology.

Dr. Pinky Goswami had her clinic in Agra, Guwahati Lucknow and Bangalore prior to her venture in Gurgaon.A firm believer in taking Psychology to the masses, she is actively involved in Su***de Prevention Program for youth and adolescents and also women empowerment. Her corporate training experience includes, Workshops (MDP, FDP & TOT) on Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Motivation, Performance Enhancement, Time Management, Mentoring, Positive attitude and Interpersonal communication, Career Guidance and counselling, personality development, Stress Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Engineering, Problem Solving and Goal Setting, Creative thinking vs critical thinking, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Impression Management, Improving Work Performance, Career Guidance, Transactional Analysis, Intentional Networking, Entrepreneurship mentoring and coaching etc.

She is a member of American Psychological Association, National Association of Psychologist India and Psychological Association of North East India. Recently she is awarded The Best Professor in Human Resource Management 2017 by The World HRD Congress.
