Almost 20 cm each side , from angle of mandible to retrosternal extention bilaterally

Pt was almost bed ridden with significant compressive respiratory symptoms along with developing dysphagia

Pt was refused surgery in her own country and near by countries too in view of pts morbid obesity, short neck , massive thyroid and fear of injury to major neurovascular structures

Pt also had significant cardiac history .

We undertook the surgery and by gods grace pt performed very well in post op period without any deficit in voice or any hypoparathyroidism .
