Samvedna Care was established in October 2013 with two complementary goals - firstly to provide quality home care services to seniors with limited mobility, and secondly to facilitate stimulating community interaction and participation. Our services plans are geared towards general well being, dementia care, and emergency and respite care. We provide home services that cater to the intellectual and emotional well being of seniors, assist them in tasks like banking, travel booking and hospitalization, and facilitate emergency support for them. We also facilitate a dementia support group that provides caregivers a a friendly and safe place to connect, share and support.

Some stories don’t need loud declarations—they unfold through quiet strength and steady progress. Alok Jaiman’s journey through online therapy reflects hope, trust, and the power of patient support. For older adults, online counselling offers the comfort of familiar surroundings, flexible scheduling, and a safe space to share openly. It helps improve emotional well-being, reduces feelings of isolation, and supports healing at one’s own pace. His experience reminds us that healing is possible, even after years of struggle.

Let his story inspire your next step toward emotional well-being.

Small shifts—empathetic leadership, flexible policies, open conversations—can create space for people to breathe, be seen, and thrive.

Tiny habits can be powerful anchors—especially on days that feel heavy. Gratitude journaling trains your mind to find light, even in difficult moments. It builds emotional balance by gently redirecting your focus. A quick walk without your phone clears your head and brings you back to the moment. A 10-minute evening routine helps your mind and body release the day, preparing you for true rest. Doing one small task, like tidying a surface or folding clothes, creates a sense of control and helps break the cycle of mental fatigue. They may seem small, but over time, they become powerful tools for emotional resilience.

What is your go-to habit when you're feeling unbalanced? Let’s talk in the comments.
