Samvedna Care was established in October 2013 with two complementary goals - firstly to provide quality home care services to seniors with limited mobility, and secondly to facilitate stimulating community interaction and participation. Our services plans are geared towards general well being, dementia care, and emergency and respite care. We provide home services that cater to the intellectual and emotional well being of seniors, assist them in tasks like banking, travel booking and hospitalization, and facilitate emergency support for them. We also facilitate a dementia support group that provides caregivers a a friendly and safe place to connect, share and support.

Our heart works tirelessly for us every second of the day — yet we often forget to care for it until a health scare reminds us of its importance.

This year’s World Heart Day is a reminder to pause and ask: Are we truly prioritising our heart health?

Small, consistent actions can make a big difference:

=> Choosing balanced meals over fast fixes

=> Taking short breaks to walk or stretch during work

=> Managing stress with mindfulness or deep breathing

=> Scheduling regular health check-ups

Healthy hearts build healthier lives, families, and workplaces.

Ever felt like you don’t deserve your achievements, and that one day everyone will “find out” you’re not as capable as they think?

That’s Imposter Syndrome — a silent struggle many high achievers face. It shows up as perfectionism, overworking, avoiding help, or dismissing your own success as “luck.”

But here’s the truth: you’re not alone, and these feelings don’t define your worth.

✅ Acknowledge the feeling
✅ Reframe negative self-talk
✅ Keep a record of your wins
✅ Talk openly with mentors or peers
✅ Seek professional support if needed

Imposter Syndrome may be common, but it doesn’t have to hold you back. Check out our blog - https://tinyurl.com/bddy5yck

Productivity guilt can keep you awake at night, fueling overthinking and cutting into your rest. But less sleep only makes you more tired, anxious, and less productive the next day.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is allow yourself to rest.

Some stories don’t need loud declarations—they unfold through quiet strength and steady progress. Alok Jaiman’s journey through online therapy reflects hope, trust, and the power of patient support. For older adults, online counselling offers the comfort of familiar surroundings, flexible scheduling, and a safe space to share openly. It helps improve emotional well-being, reduces feelings of isolation, and supports healing at one’s own pace. His experience reminds us that healing is possible, even after years of struggle.

Let his story inspire your next step toward emotional well-being.

There’s a subtle power in sound—it touches emotions words often can’t. When stress builds up, certain frequencies can soothe the mind, ease tension, or spark clarity. Sound quietly supports our mental health, reminding us that calm is within reach.
