-To empower Individuals with research based knowledge and ways of dealing with themselves and those around them.
-To empower and assist the teachers and parents on how to build on their student's/children's self esteem.
We conduct Individual - one on one sessions as well as Support Group therapy sessions.
SUPPORT GROUPS help create a safe and non-judgemental environment where one can rediscover one’s own voice. It is an extremely powerful therapeutic approach in which persons with similar issues come together to share coping strategies, to share any and everything, while connecting with others that support and encourage one to achieve full recovery by providing an opportunity to learn about oneself through feedback and encouragement.
