Nostalgia. Vidhi was invited to speak to her ex- school's senior students - Ashok Hall Girls Higher Secondary School.

She talked about how using a wide spectrum of cognitive tools, having an actively open mind, being aware of our biases can assist us in progressing, making better decisions and career choices.

Dr Aaron Beck developed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the 1980s and 1990s. After scientific studies, it began replacing Freudian psychoanalysis in mental health treatment.

He said...“The best moments in our lives are not the passive, receptive, relaxing times . . . The best moments usually occur if a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile”
His legacy will live forever.
