Stress is De-stressed..

I conducted a workshop on Stress management for the students of classes 7-10 at Dayanand Public School, Jamshedpur.
With rising stress levels among young minds, it is crucial to have open conversations about mental health and su***de prevention. The session was interactive, providing students with practical techniques to handle stress and resources to seek help in difficult times.

I am grateful for the enthusiastic participation from the students, the support from the teachers and the appreciation from the Vice principal, Ms. Archana Rehal. Together we can build a supportive environment where every student feels heard, understood and empowered.

Let's continue to spread awareness and break the stigma around mental health.
