Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Patna, in collaboration with Shree Krishna Medical College & Hospital (SKMCH), Muzaffarpur, organised the “Echocardiography Basics and Beyond – Workshop Series (Part 1)” on 20th August 2025.

The workshop was graced by the presence of several eminent guests and faculty members from SKMCH, Muzaffarpur, such as Dr. Abha Rani Sinha, Dr. Satish Kumar Singh, Dr. Ramakant Prasad, Dr. Sushant Kumar Sharma, Dr. Arun Kumar, Dr J P Mandal, Dr. Aarohi Kumar and Dr. Kaushal Thakur.

Scientific sessions were delivered by Dr Ajay Kumar Sinha (Director – Clinical & Preventive Cardiology, Cardiac Care) and Dr. Shraddha Ranjan (Senior Consultant – Clinical & Preventive Cardiology, Cardiac Care).

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 60 doctors, including SKMCH faculty, postgraduates and residents, making it an academically enriching experience.

Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Patna in collaboration with the State Health Society, Baal Hriday Yojana, RBSK, and the Rotary Club of Patliputra, is proud to share the success of its recent free paediatric cardiac screening camp.

The response was overwhelming — we were privileged to serve 166 children with congenital heart disease (CHD). Our team of expert doctors and technicians conducted 161 echocardiograms, providing families with essential diagnostic insights.

Sincere thanks to everyone who participated, volunteered, and supported this noble cause. Together, we are making a real difference in the lives of children.
