Good news. Sahaja Yoga, Guru Purnima, one page, write up will appear on July 5, in Indian Exp, Financial Exp. Jan Satta (Hindi) in all India editions & Free Press Journal, Mumbai, indore, Bhopal, Ujjain editions, Nav Shakti & Navakal Marathi editions in Mumbai. Programme consists of guidence and workshop on daily meditation, chakra balancing, use of vibrations in day to day life and achieving worry free life habits.*

Toll free number 1800 30 700 800 is a working meditation helpline for the Citizens of India in Service of the Country.

Regular online meditation is broadcasted at 5:30 AM and 7 PM via Youtube live and Facebook live from Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi's house - Pratishthan Pune. These daily meditations are benefitting 2.5 lakhs Sahaja Yoga practtioners from around 70 countries. Daily prayers are also offered for coronavirus free world and good health of various Staffs from Administration, Police, Health, Media and all the NGO volunteers.

As our duty towards society, we are hosting free meditation session everyday 5 PM in Hindi, English and Marathi. More than 30 workshops are being conducted till date. All the attendies have said to benefitted from these workshops in the form of stress relief, peace of mind, worry free life and good sleep.

By the grace of Shri Mataji we have got permission to conduct realisation programs in all government schools in *Gurgaon*.

Realisation for 2 lacs+ Students in ~300 schools have been scheduled on Friday 29th Nov and Saturday 30th Nov.
