With surgical intervention his life changed tremendously and he is active teaching people in his hometown how to mobilise the knee after their surgery now! An inspiration to many, Mr. Sandeep is a simple ton from the roots of Haryana who has been an active farmer and worked with Haryana Roadways for last 20 plus years.

Knee cap / patella fracture can lead to serious problems and it is a myth that post knee cap fracture the patient can never regain the full range of movement and strength.

Here is Mr. Kuldeep Singh, 54 year young male who loves to drive his motor cycle and still is more active than his grand children.

Myth : I can’t bend my knee more than 90 degree after patella surgery.
Correct: one can gain almost full range of movement after surgery , takes about 6 to 12 weeks for same. Along with Physiotherapy is needed a strong desire to bear pain and recover completely.

When clients ask their orthopedic doctor regarding paying a visit to a chiropractor, there are a few things we wish they would know.

Must know facts about chiropractic practice in India.

Crux of the topic with practice in 🇮🇳:
1) Not recognised as a degree in India
2) Can not use the prefix Dr. as they are not considered doctors or even para medical staff in 🇮🇳
3) Medical council of India or national level Physiotherapy association does not provide any recognition to chiropractic practice till date in 🇮🇳
4) Some states in the US have also banned chiropractic services due to the ill effects they may cause in patients.
5) Trials for the clients who suffer from side effects can’t be like conventional Allopathy/ Alternative medicine.

Once you know this, probably it’s *your fault to visit a chiropractor and not theirs* if there is an adverse effect after treatment. Behave responsibly with your body ! 🤔🧐😊

Yes, ACL tear and ACL fracture are different things and most people with an injury do not know the difference. Are the treatment different too ? Yes , they are entirely different and so is the recovery time and rehabilitation.

is defined as of the tibial bone along with an intact .
