Most people struggle to get up from the floor without support…
and it’s not because of age.

It’s a sign that the body is losing its natural strength, mobility, and control.

If you need support to stand up, your body may be indicating:
• Weakness in legs and core
• Tightness in hips and hamstrings
• Limited joint mobility
• Lack of balance and stability

In yoga, we restore the body’s natural capability through consistent practice.

Here’s what you can start with:

• Kneeling to Stand Drill – builds functional leg & core strength
👉 6–10 reps per side

• 90–90 Hip Mobility – improves hip rotation & control
👉 30–60 sec hold

• Tabletop Knee Circles – enhances hip mobility & stability
👉 8–10 circles each direction

• Half Pigeon Pose – releases tight hips & glutes
👉 30–60 sec hold

• Single-Leg Glute Bridge – strengthens glutes & corrects imbalance
👉 10–15 reps per leg

• Utkatasana (Chair Pose) – builds endurance & core strength
👉 20–40 sec hold

• Veerbhadrasana 1 & 2 – improves strength, balance & control
👉 20–40 sec hold each side

• Seated Single-Leg Raises – strengthens hip flexors
👉 10–15 reps per leg

• Butterfly + Malasana – opens hips, ankles & inner thighs
👉 40–60 sec hold

• Forearm Drops in Malasana – deepens ankle & hip mobility
👉 6–10 slow repetitions

These will help your body relearn how to move with ease and stability.

Getting up from the floor is a basic life movement…
and your body should be able to do it without struggle.

From anger comes delusion,
from delusion, loss of clarity,
and eventually, it destroys our ability to think and act wisely.

We often believe that anger is caused by people or situations outside.
But if it truly came from outside, how could we ever control it?

The first step is to reflect on our own patterns.

Situations don’t create anger—
they simply trigger what is already present within us.

At times, anger may arise due to unfulfilled desires or a disconnection from the self.
But when not addressed, it slowly becomes a habit… and then our nature.

A point comes where we don’t just feel anger—
we start identifying with it.

And that is where real damage begins.

Before it reaches that stage,
pause… observe… and go within.

|| ☀️Surya Bhedi Pranayam ☀️ ||

सूर्यभेदो महाप्राणशोधकः कफकृमिनाशनः।
वातरोगनिवारणं तं चैवं प्रथमं आचरेत्॥ ५०॥

Surya Bhedi cleanses the cranial region, destroys phlegm and worms, alleviates Vata disorders, and should be practised repeatedly.

Surya Bhedi the one who activates Surya energy within you that brings Tejas and Vitality to your being.

✅Who should practice it daily?
Those with
- Sluggish or slow digestion
- low BP, cough, cold and phlegm relates disorders
- Those with excess fat in the body
- Low motivation, low self confidence and energy levels

❌ Who should avoid?
Those with
- High BP, hyperactivity, hypertension
- Pitta body that tends to overheat
- Hyperactive digestion that leads to acidity, burns or ulcers
- Those with recent surgery
