What begins with a beautiful, soft body-movement practice, leads to guided breathwork with sound frequencies playing in the backgroud. Using certain breath patterns (no, it's not regular pranayama), this session fires up the parts of your subconscious mind and body that are quietly storing your deep-seeded traumas- known and unknown.

This single session has the potential to make you experience higher states of awareness, catharsis and even 'out-of-body' - just using your breath. It works beautifully for those who find the other popular methods of meditation difficult or ineffective.
