Posture isn’t inherently good or bad. It’s all about context.
Ever heard of the “Goldilocks Zone” for posture? Just like Goldilocks found the perfect porridge, we need to find the “just right” balance.
Variability is key! Our bodies thrive on movement. So, instead of obsessing over “perfect” posture, focus on changing it up throughout the day.
